A dining room server at the Oak Park Arms must be a  people person  with a ready smile who enjoys the company of our senior residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking orders from residents from a menu with more than forty scrumptious choices.
• Serving with a smile.
• Knowing residents’ names.
• Bussing tables.

The Arms seeks skilled maintenance candidates who enjoy helping others and who take pride in keeping the building and its apartments in fine working order.

Responsibilities include routine and extensive preventive maintenance and repair procedures on all equipment in the building. Major repairs are performed under the supervision of licensed maintenance workers.
