Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sewickley, PA, with opportunities for remote work. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. Key responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, providing tailored solutions to clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project success.

The role also requires analyzing market trends, maintaining accurate sales records, and representing the company at client meetings and industry events.

Additional responsibilities include conducting in-home consultations to assess client needs, measure spaces, and recommend customized cabinetry and organizational solutions. The Sales Manager will design functional and aesthetically pleasing cabinetry layouts tailored to each client’s lifestyle, budget, and space requirements. This role involves managing client appointments from initial consultation through project completion, presenting product options, materials, finishes, and design concepts, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and design process.

The Sales Manager will also collaborate closely with installation teams, shop staff, and designers to ensure accurate project execution and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing project needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Negotiation skills, including proven experience in achieving sales targets and closing deals
  • Proven experience in operations, sales, or project management, preferably in construction, cabinetry, manufacturing, or residential remodeling
  • Client Relationship Management and Communication skills, with the ability to nurture long-term partnerships
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration skills to effectively manage and motivate a sales team
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for evaluating market trends and creating strategic plans
  • Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered
  • Experience in cabinetry, custom storage, millwork, or home organization industries strongly preferred
  • Experience conducting in-home sales consultations, taking measurements, and managing client appointments
  • Knowledge of cabinetry materials, finishes, hardware, installation processes, and custom cabinetry construction
  • Design experience using cabinetry design software, drafting software, or space-planning tools is a plus
  • Ability to assist in the shop or on installations when needed
  • Proven ability to guide clients through the design and sales process from consultation to closing
