Base pay range
: $60,000.00/yr - $/yr

Salary: base + commission structure discussed with recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Excel at full-desk recruitment (new client wins & passive candidate sourcing).
• Place top legal talent at leading US law firms.
• Collaborate with a team of 9 and growing in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred but not essential:
  Have a law degree from a reputable school (no practical experience necessary).
• Experience in full-desk recruitment and ability to source passive candidates.
• Expertise in recruiting for professional industries such as legal, accounting & finance, technology, life sciences, engineering, audit, risk & compliance, or any executive search background.
• Ability to consistently bill over US $300k annually.

• Work from anywhere in the US/UK (or abroad).
