Core Duties & Responsibilities

Product Consultation: Providing comprehensive information regarding our High-Quality Shipping Containers and global logistics services to prospective and existing clients.
Inquiry Management: Responding promptly to inquiries regarding pricing, technical specifications, and shipping/delivery schedules.
Financial Facilitation: Managing secure sales transactions and providing a dedicated bank account for the receipt of customer payments, ensuring a seamless "Procurement-to-Settlement" workflow.
Logistics Handover: Translating sales orders into actionable shipping schedules for the Logistics Department, managing both export and import documentation.
Operational Oversight: Supervising delivery schedules to ensure 100% adherence to customer requirements and contract timelines.
Performance Reporting: Compiling weekly summaries of sales volume, delivery activities, and payment reconciliations for management review.

Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to deliver persuasive virtual presentations.
Self-Management:
Strong discipline to work independently without direct supervision while staying highly productive.
Negotiation:
Ability to handle objections and close deals in a fast-paced, competitive global market.
