We are an established US-based managed IT and cybersecurity services provider hiring an independent contractor for outbound B2B calling.
This role focuses on calling small and mid-sized businesses, introducing our managed IT and cybersecurity services, and scheduling qualified 15-minute introductory calls for our sales team.
Role Summary:
You will speak with business owners and decision-makers, briefly explain our services, and help determine whether there is a good fit for an introductory conversation.
Responsibilities:
Make professional outbound B2B calls
Speak with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
Introduce managed IT, cloud, and cybersecurity services
Schedule qualified introductory appointments
Enter accurate call notes and updates into our CRM
Follow provided scripts and outreach guidelines
Schedule & Environment:
20 hours per week
4 hours per day, Monday through Friday
Must be available during US Eastern business hours
Telecommute position
Quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet required
Requirements:
Previous B2B outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment-setting, or inside sales experience
Clear, professional English communication skills
Comfortable using cloud-based tools and CRM systems
Previous CRM experience preferred
IT, telecom, SaaS, or business services calling experience is a plus
Compensation & Terms:
Hourly base pay plus commission for qualified held appointments
Paid through an established contractor payment system
Signed independent contractor agreement required
No fees, no upfront costs, and no required purchases
