Maintenance Supervisor
Employee of the school and church working with & supervising a small team of workers within the maintenance department. Upkeep the facilities, manage the maintenance staff and coordinate with BM/Principle larger repairs that need to be made. Familiarity with HVAC/Heating systems, roofing, plumbing, electrical and other various aspects of a large building.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for being familiar with the entire building and its layout so that you can guide vendors as they are hired to work within the building and being available in times of emergencies or staff call offs
- Managing maintenance workers and assigning schedules and duties to make sure the facilities are kept clean and in good working order filling in as needed when short staffed
- Work with vendors to keep track of monthly/annual upkeep/inspections
- Supervise vendors and approve any repairs completed before payments are made
- MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 POUNDS+
- MUST BE ABLE TO WALK 85% OF SHIFT
Job Specifications :
- Employee needs to be able to work independently, be dependable and punctual.
- Education - High School diploma/equivalent or greater.
- Job Type is a permanent Full-Time 40 hour per week position.
- Some knowledge of computers and spreadsheets required
- Candidate must submit to and pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting

This position has an annualized salary range of $42,000.00 - $50,000.00. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
