Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $18.00 Per Hour

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside the facility
• Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

• Transport or move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds free of debris

• Experience:
  
  Successful candidates come from customer‑service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies
• Transportation:
  Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required to travel between work locations or conduct other work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available)
