Full‑time

$23‑$25 per hour

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (hours may vary), Monday to Friday;
On‑call weekends as needed.

• Reliable transportation to get to work.
• 1+ year of experience in apartment maintenance, facilities, or residential construction.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Familiarity with basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and appliance maintenance.
• Ability to work independently, follow directions, and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Perform routine property inspections proactively to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Complete resident service requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Maintain property grounds, removing trash, leaves, branches, and other debris to keep common areas clean and attractive.
• Support the completion of unit turnovers and make‑readies, including painting, repairs, and cleaning as needed.
• Assist in preventative maintenance efforts to extend the life of property systems and equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Deliver notices and communications to residents as directed by management.
• Participate in a non‑call schedule for after‑hours maintenance emergencies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

This position will require you to work on‑site at the property in Park Forest.
