Annual base salary of $34,947 with full benefits package.

Education:

Basic literacy skills, including reading and writing.

Experience:

Six (6) months experience in housekeeping preferred.

Work Schedule:

Wednesday through Sunday.

• Disinfecting
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Dusting (furniture and chalk boards)
• Stripping, buffing, waxing, and sealing floors
• Shampooing carpets
• Window washing
• Receives and carries out work orders, completing any associated paperwork
• Helps supervisor train new employees in housekeeping procedures
• Maintains outside grounds including sweeping and snow shoveling/blowing sidewalks and driveways
• Moves and straightens up furniture for cleaning and set‑up for events
• Resupplies soap, toilet paper, paper towels and other regularly used bathroom supplies
• Empties trash receptacles and replaces bags
• Maintains cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies
• Fulfills special cleaning requests
• Performs other job‑related duties as assigned by supervisor
