Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 12 - 18 USD Hourly USD 12.00 18.00 HOUR

Responsibilities

Cleaning tasks which can include: disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, dusting (furniture and chalk boards), stripping, buffing, waxing, and sealing floors, shampooing carpets, window washing.

Receives and carries out work orders completing any associated paperwork.

Helps supervisor train new employees in housekeeping procedures.

Maintains outside grounds including sweeping and snow shoveling/blowing sidewalks and driveways.

Moves and straightens up furniture for cleaning and set‑up for events.

Restocks soap, toilet paper, paper towels and any other regularly used bathroom supplies.

Empties trash receptacles and replaces bags.

Maintains cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies.

Fulfills special cleaning requests.

Performs other job‑related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Education:

Basic literacy skills, including reading and writing.

Experience:

Six (6) months experience in housekeeping preferred.
