Terms of Employment: 12 month position Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 based upon experience Benefits:

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Worker performs a variety of skilled and semiskilled tasks in the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of district buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and functional learning environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Education/
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Two (2) years of maintenance or facilities experience is preferred, especially in a school or institutional setting. Valid driver's license. Ability to obtain required certifications (e.g., asbestos awareness, playground inspection, etc.)
