Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality repairs in accordance with OEM and I-CAR standards
- Use frame and measuring equipment to ensure precision repairs
- Straighten, repair, and replace damaged metal panels
- Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with estimators and other staff as needed

Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of collision repair experience
- Proficiency with frame machines, measuring systems, and welding equipment
- Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures
- I-CAR certification (preferred, not required—we’ll help you get it!)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills—a great personality goes a long way in our shop!
- Willingness to learn and grow with our team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
