* Lead daily inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and technical documentation.
* Manage parts inventory, maintenance schedules, and reactive repair work.
* Lead and develop a team of mechanics while maintaining high standards for safety, uptime, and operational reliability.
* Partner with operations to keep specialized equipment performing safely and consistently.## What you bring
* Strong hands-on mechanical expertise with fleet, automotive, motorsports, industrial, or comparable mechanical systems.
* Experience leading technicians or mechanics in an operational environment.
* Sound troubleshooting, organization, and maintenance-planning skills.
