Description:Completes daily walkthrough of the buildings (both interior and exterior), identify and address any safety concerns. Handle any general building maintenance concerns. Complete tasks on our daily, weekly, and monthly checklist. Perform simple repairs as needed. Various other projects and assignments consistent with the responsibility levels and general duties of a maintenance person will be assigned.
Requirements:Prior maintenance experience would be helpful,but not a requirement. Ability to follow written and oral instructions, physical ability to complete the assigned tasks. High school degree or equivalent.
