Position Summary/Purpose: Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of cleaning, repairing, and restoration services.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow Rainbow uniform policy.
• Utilize Rainbow 17 Steps to World Class Customer Service System.
• Photograph, identify, and inventory customer contents.
• Wrap, package, and label contents for transport to cleaning facility.
• Unwrap, assess, and clean contents.
• Identify, re-wrap, package, and label cleaned contents.
• Maintain inventory of all processed contents and disposition.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete daily logs.

Additional Duties:

• Return cleaned and restored property to customers after building restoration.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.

Working Relationships and Scope: Maintain effective communication with Project Managers, Supervisors, or Managers.

Performance Competencies:

• Oral and written communication skills.
• Planning, organizing, and attention to detail.
• Technical proficiency and quality focus.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficiency in computer use, email, and reporting devices.
• Certifications like IICRC Contents Processing Technician (CPT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), or Odor Control Technician (OCT) are helpful but not required.

Physical Demands: Regularly sit, handle, reach, talk, and hear. Frequently stand and walk. Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Working Conditions: Work occurs on customer properties and within the processing facility, with exposure to various environmental conditions.
