Janitor - Second Shift

NOVO Health Services offers linen management solutions to the healthcare industry, focusing on safety and infection control. We provide a value‑driven linen management control system that measures and monitors linen utilization by department to eliminate excess internal costs. Our facilities are HLAC accredited and use state‑of‑the‑art equipment. NOVO Health Services is the only "one stop shop" service provider in the U.S. serving all healthcare‑related end markets with both Healthcare Laundry Services and Sterilized Reusable Surgical Solutions.

• Maintain a clean facility following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, empty trash cans, clean entrance glass, clean refrigerator, scrub carpets and warehouse floors, and perform other janitorial duties.
• Maintain the facility’s outside appearance, including dock areas.
• Assist in inventory control of supplies.
• Occasionally paint office and warehouse areas.
• Clean office areas, bathrooms, warehouse areas, control room, dosimetry room, and kitchen on a regular basis.
• Support Maintenance/Engineering Department by performing housekeeping functions.

• Preferred 1-2 years of prior janitorial experience.
• High School diploma or GED.

• Physical and mental ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of the English language or ability to learn tasks and demonstrate competency through visual direction.
• Knowledge of floor buffers and polishing equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ability to read and understand applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
