The Assistant Maintenance Managerplaysacriticalleadershiproleinsupportingthereliability ,maintenance,andcontinuousimprovementofproductionequipment,utilities,andfacilitysystems.
Reportingdirectlytothe Chief Engineer ,thisindividualwillhelpdriveequipmentuptime,operational efficiency,workplace safety,regulatory compliance,andteamdevelopment.

What You'llDo Maintenance&Equipment Reliability- Assistthe Chief Engineerinmanagingthemaintenance ,repair,andoperationofallproductionequipment,utilities,andfacilitysystems.
- Lead preventive,predictive,andcorrectivemaintenanceprogramstomaximizeequipmentreliabilityandminimizedowntime.
- Analyzeequipmentperformanceandidentifyopportunitiestoimprovethroughput,efficiency,reliability,andassetutilization.
- Providetechnicalleadershipduringequipmentfailures,emergency repairs,andoperationaldisruptions.
- Ensuremaintenanceworkordersandprojectsarecompletedsafely,efficiently,andonschedule.
- Supportemployeedevelopmentthroughtraining,cross-training,andperformancemanagement.
- EnsurecompliancewithOSHAregulations,environmental requirements,company policies,andindustrystandards.
- Championastrongsafetyculturethroughtraining,audits,inspections,andcorrectiveactionprograms.
- Maintainaccuratemaintenancerecords,equipment histories,work orders,andsparepartsinventoriesthroughCMMSsystems.
- AssistwiththedevelopmentandimplementationofmaintenanceSOPs,preventivemaintenanceprocedures,andbestpractices.
- Supportcapitalprojectsfromplanningandbudgetingthroughexecutionandstartup.
- Collaborate with Operations,Production,Quality,and Leadershipteamstoimproveoverallplantperformance.
- Assistwithvendormanagement,contractor oversight,andprocurementactivities.
For
Required Qualifications
- 5-10yearsofprogressivemaintenance,engineering,reliability,ortechnicalleadershipexperiencewithinmanufacturing,healthcare,pharmaceutical,textile,laundry,medicaldevice,food processing,orsimilarindustrialenvironments.
- Strongknowledgeofindustrialequipment,maintenance systems,reliabilityprograms,andtroubleshootingmethodologies.
- Experienceleadingmaintenancepersonnel,contractors,orcross-functional teams.
- WorkingknowledgeofOSHAregulations,environmental compliance,andworkplacesafetystandards.
- Abilitytoreadandinterprettechnicaldrawings,schematics,blueprints,andequipmentmanuals.
- Excellent leadership,communication,organizational,and problem-solving skills.
- Abilitytoworkflexibleschedulesandrespondtoemergencymaintenancesituationsasneeded.
- Professional Engineer(PE) licenseorrelatedtechnicalcertification.
- Experiencewithincommerciallaundry,healthcarelinenprocessing,textilemanufacturing,hospitality laundry,orindustriallaunderingoperations.
- Knowledgeofboilers,steamsystems,wastewatertreatmentsystems,compressedairsystems,andindustrialutilities.
