This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Planner at Fresh Express, located in Chicago, IL. The Maintenance Planner will oversee maintenance schedules, plan and organize equipment maintenance, and ensure efficient communication with the maintenance team. Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance, reviewing work orders, maintaining records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime while ensuring equipment reliability. The role aims to optimize planning and operations to support the company's production goals effectively.

• Strong skills in Maintenance Planning and Maintenance Management to organize, prioritize, and track work orders effectively.
• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Planning to ensure the reliability and efficiency of machinery and facilities.
• Proficiency in Supervisory Skills, including leading teams, promoting collaboration, and ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with maintenance software and tools for scheduling and tracking work orders is a plus.
• A degree or certification in engineering, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
