Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking a Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet, including stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction and bonneting at client sites under limited supervision. You will operate floor machines, sweep, vacuum, clean restrooms, and participate in quality checks and new hire training.
Weekend availability, reliable transportation, and bilingual English/Spanish are required.
