Maintain cleanliness of the store, including floors, walls, ceilings, bathrooms, and walk-in cooler;
Filter oil vats as part of daily maintenance;
Organize the stock room and manage supplies;
Perform maintenance tasks as directed by the General Manager;
Support the morning shift schedule (5AM-1PM) and ensure operations run smoothly
