As a Maintenance Technician 3, you'll own preventive and corrective maintenance on critical equipment, lead special projects, and drive real operational impact from day one. What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair functionality issues on high-tech and critical equipment, including extruder and injection molding machines Perform and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs for optimal equipment performance Execute specialized maintenance work requests, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver effective solutions Lead special projects including machinery installations, layout modifications, and equipment refurbishments Apply A3 root cause analysis and facilitate Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement Requirements Technical Certificate or Degree required 5+ years of maintenance experience with injection molding background Ability to read PLC ladder logic Benefits What We Can Offer You Competitive Pay & Benefits :
