We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Terminal Operator to join our team. The role is the backbone of terminal operations, ensuring products are handled, loaded, and shipped efficiently while maintaining the highest safety standards. Hands‑on equipment maintenance keeps operations running smoothly.

• Driving Operational Efficiency:
  Manage and optimize daily terminal operations, ensuring seamless logistics and customer service.
• Mastering Material Flow:
  Oversee safe and efficient loading and unloading of bulk materials, adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintaining Our Machinery:
  Perform routine inspections and maintenance on terminal equipment.
• Championing Safety:
  Uphold rigorous safety standards, including PPE use and OSHA compliance.
• Delivering Outstanding Service:
  Act as key point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries and issues professionally.
• Collaborating for Success:
  Work closely with logistics to optimize schedules and resources.
• Mentoring and Development:
  Assist in training new team members, sharing expertise.

• Educational Foundation:
  High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in welding, electrical work, or maintenance are a plus.
• Experience:
  
  Preferred experience in terminal operations or similar industrial settings.
• Skills:
  
  Strong mechanical aptitude, solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices; positive, solution‑oriented attitude; able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Safety First:
  Protective equipment and adherence to safety protocols required.
• Dynamic Environment:
  Diverse settings, including outdoor industrial operations.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, and operating equipment.

The expected base compensation for this position ranges from $22.06 to $31.52 per hour, depending on market location, job‑related knowledge, skill sets, experience, and education.
