Facilities Helper
We are seeking a diligent and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and setting up machines, adjusting temperatures on press machines, and performing general building maintenance. You will also assist with material handling and organizing all incoming and outgoing parts with work orders.
Responsibilities
- Set up machines and change temperatures on press machines.
- Perform general building maintenance and shop cleanup.
- Assist with material handling and organization of parts with work orders.
- Contribute to the overall maintenance of the facility.
Essential Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance and labor.
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical repairs.
- Experience in preventive maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in machine or industry-specific settings is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in a GMP environment, requiring a hairnet. The facility is air-conditioned and clean, although the environment is very loud due to constant stamping.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Performance bonus - up to 8% of yearly salary 10 holidays 15 days PTO Full insurance 401k match
