Camp Locations:
There will be two sessions in Oregon at Camp Adams in Molalla, Clackamas County, less than an hour from Portland. In Massachusetts, YEA Camp will be held at the beautiful Hilltop space of Nature's Classroom in Charlton, Worcester County. Our northern California camp will be held at the beautiful Quaker Center in Ben Lomond, Santa Cruz County, about a two hours drive south of San Francisco.
Residential Summer Leadership Camps (12 - 17 years)
- Connect with what's important; Learn about inspiring activists; Create an action plan; Learn to think strategically about issues; Celebrate the accomplishments and our community; Learn key activist skills. We also provide a monthly YEA Academy workshop in Portland, OR for youth, and there are plans to expand this program to other parts of the country.

One of the oldest and best independent private schools in Orange County in Southern California, Eldorado Emerson Private School offers excellent preschool, elementary, and junior / senior high school summer session programs at a very reasonable price. This programs run for 6 weeks during June and July.Founded in 1958, Eldorado Emerson Private School received the highest WASC accreditation. Our school culture is one of diversity, creativity, and kindness - an environment in which every student feels valued and inspired to excel in all subjects. Our summer programs are also open to students who do not currently attend Eldorado Emerson.
For our summer programs, we maintain regular school hours from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday (although preschoolers have their regular half and full day schedules). We also offer before-school care (7:30am to 9:00am) and after-school care (3:00pm to 6:00pm).
We are conveniently located in the city of Orange, which is only 40 minutes south of Los Angeles. Our school is situated 10 minutes from Anaheim (home to Disneyland) and 20 minutes from local beaches.

Catlin Gabel School is located in the south-west of downtown Portland in Multnomah County, adjacent to St. Vincent's Hospital on south-west Barnes Road. Catlin Gabel offers summer programs ranging from arts and music, modern languages, writing, SAT prep, outdoor education, service and more. Our summer programs are open to all preschool through 12th grade students, not just those who are enrolled at Catlin Gabel.
