Our Philosophy:
Young Rembrandts focuses on teaching children to draw, using a structured step-by-step method. This process of directed drawing gives young students instruction on how to draw increasingly complex images at a crucial time in their development. Through the process of weekly instruction students are exposed to a wide variety of subject matter, artistic concepts, art history and mastery of their materials.

Young Rembrandts teaches children how to draw using our proprietary method, which combines step-by-step instruction and best education practices. The same structured, skill based learning used to teach science, math and reading is used to teach children how to draw.

While engaged in an activity they enjoy, students gain a wealth of art skills, understanding of complex concepts, color theory, art vocabulary and art history. The Young Rembrandts skill based teaching method develops critical learning skills in all students, while they advance in their overall art literacy.
