Business Communication Internship Program is designed to train students to communicate accurately and effectively in an English-speaking business environment. Students will practice and improve their Business English and learn practical North American business methods inside the classroom combined with hands on work experience in a Canadian Business.

Telephone Skills: Students will learn how to focus on listening, make and receive telephone calls effectively, receive and leave messages, and manage unexpected situations.
