Kidspace Child Enrichment Center, Vancouver:
Located in Vanvouver, Clark County, Washington, Kidspace Child Enrichment Center is an exceptional preschool which offers excellent extended day programs and child care for both preschoolers and school-age children up to 5th grade during the school year and the summer. The preschool years are an essential time for developing social and emotional skills which are key to children’s success in life, as well as, school. Preschool:
KIDSPACE Child Enrichment Center has developed three preschool classes, each designed to meet the developmental needs of children preparing for kindergarten and future academic success. Chickadees:
The Chickadees class is for the three year old child (and mature two and half year olds). This preschool class meets from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. two to five days a week. The objective of this class is to give children their first experiences interacting with peers in a classroom setting and giving them many opportunities to work with a variety of materials in which to explore. Bluebirds:
The Bluebirds class is for children preparing for kindergarten the following fall. This morning preschool class meets two to five days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The developmentally appropriate, literacy rich curriculum immerses children in daily “hands on” activities to capture their interest and excitement for learning. Robins:
The Robins class is for children who are already five or nearly five years old and ready for an all day experience. Children attend Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The daily curriculum, rich in developmentally appropriate, yet challenging activities, encourages young learners to explore and discover on their own, with small groups or as a class. This class is an excellent choice for children with strong social skills and an enthusiastic desire to acquire knowledge through hands on exploration. Before and After School Program for School Age Children:
The Eagles class is for children attending elementary school (K – 5th grades). The before and after school program boasts many excellent qualities including an excellent professional staff who understand and care about the characteristics of the elementary aged student. The multi-use facility adapts to the many developmental needs of the children, including one of their most pressing needs (especially after school), the need to release energy!

KIDSPACE Child Enrichment Center has a 2,500 square foot gym with a wall mounted basketball hoop and a large gymnastic floor. The open spaces work well for organized as well as spontaneous group games. There is so much creating, exercising, building, exploring, playing, cooking and imagining that we don’t have time for video-playing. There are no electronic games or televisions at KIDSPACE Child Enrichment Center!
