Our school exists as a tool of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church to assist parents in the spiritual training and education of their children. By operating a school Zion also assists Christians in carrying out their directive from Christ to “Feed my Lambs,” John 21:15, and “Teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you,” Matthew 28:20. Zion Evangelical Lutheran School also acts as a mission arm of the church. When circumstances permit, children who are not affiliated with our congregation may be enrolled in our school.
