Conservatory Prep Schools:
Conservatory Prep Schools is a progressive, private middle and high school located in the heart of Broward County, in Davie, Florida. Conservatory Prep is focused on nurturing inquisitive learners through a college-preparatory curriculum. Our teaching methods feature the Edluministic Learning philosophy of the integration of the performing and visual arts with problem-based learning. Our school is designed to meet the needs of gifted and creative students who think out of the box, with fresh ideas and who have not met their potential in a traditional school. We offer a small classroom setting where students learn for mastery of content, rather than preparing for a standardized test.

Classes at Conservatory Prep are taught on high school level, honors and Advanced Topics. Advanced Topics courses are taught on a college-level, similar to Advanced Placement. Unlike the AP courses, which are taught for the test, Advanced Topics simulates an actual college experience incorporating small seminar classes with discussion, independent research and investigation into primary sources.

The Conservatory Prep Senior High's vision is to build a college bound learning community with a passion for the arts. Our aim is to guide students on their own journey of discovery to find their inner voice through artistic expression. By using the stage as our classroom, we encourage students and teachers to think creatively and explore diverse interests, with the goal of achieving high academic and artistic standards.
Our students are unique individuals who tend to view the world through abstract connections and respond with insight and imagination. Conservatory Prep will seek out, acknowledge and build upon each student's natural curiosity and learning style preference. We seek to construct knowledge through exploration, experiment and discovery and to establish strong connections between the arts and academics.
Summer Program:
Need to take Honors English, American Government and Economics this summer to fulfill your graduation requirements?
We will be offering a 6 week course starting in June. Class will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 - 8:30 PM combining these three classes into an arts-integrated program. Classes are accredited by SACS.
