- HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) & Food Safety:
HACCP is a food safety management system that is based around a systematic approach to identifying and controlling hazards, whether microbiological, chemical or physical, that could pose a threat to the production of safe food – in simple terms, it involves identifying what could go wrong in a food system and planning how to prevent it.

- Latte Art - 3 hours:

The National Children's Nurseries Association (NCNA), based in south of Dublin City, Ireland was established in 1988 to promote high standards of quality childcare. We have a membership of 800 organisations throughout Ireland, the majority of which are full day-care providers for children aged 3mths - 6yrs.
