- Certificate in Barista Skills - 1 day:
This course offers an introduction to the world of coffee and barista training; it’s the difference between making an average coffee compared to a great coffee! Class sizes are kept to a total of about 8 people in order to maximise the time spent on the equipment and observation. It is designed with the coffee novice in mind and also would suit the home enthusiast.
- HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) & Food Safety:
HACCP is a food safety management system that is based around a systematic approach to identifying and controlling hazards, whether microbiological, chemical or physical, that could pose a threat to the production of safe food – in simple terms, it involves identifying what could go wrong in a food system and planning how to prevent it.
- Latte Art - 3 hours:
