Adults and Children in Trust (A.C.T.), located on the 11-acre oasis of the Cathedral of Saint John the Divine campus on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, is an education center that provides year-round educational and recreational programs for infants, children and teens from 6 months to 17 years old. At A.C.T., we work with children from the very beginning. Once children are in school, we provide families with afterschool care, holiday camps, summer camps and even party services for those special milestones in a child’s life.
Our Mission:
Founded in 1971, The Adults and Children in Trust (A.C.T.) Program provides a safe haven where toddlers to teens from many faiths, cultures and economic backgrounds gather to learn, play and grow, as they participate in a broad range of programs among highly-trained and caring adults.
A.C.T. consistently provides children and their families with high quality services that sustain, support and enhance their ability to thrive in diverse communities. A.C.T. offers year-round, affordable, reliable, nonsectarian and socially-enriching educational programs and special events for families in and around the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, the world's largest Gothic cathedral. m on the last day of July and August session.

11-acre Oasis:
The A.C.T. Summer program is one of the few in the five boroughs that boasts spacious grounds, extensive indoor facilities, off-site pool, extended hours, and a diversity of campers. Centrally located near public transportation, our 11-acre oasis in Manhattan allows children to garden, meet in fields, play outdoors, eat under the shade of cherry trees, and play in gymnasiums. No need to bus your child miles away from home for sun, trees and flowers!

Juguemos a Cantar, Brooklyn
Courses / Programs
With convenient locations in the North Slope and South Slope areas of Park Slope, Brooklyn NY, Juguemos a Cantar provides a range of Spanish language programs for kids and teens (ages 6 months to 17 years old). We offer summer Spanish camps, Spanish immersion preschool, after-school Spanish classes, Spanish language workshops and much more.Juguemos a Cantar provides Spanish summer camps for young kids ages 2-8. Kids ages 2-4 attend camp at our North Slope location. Both full-day and half-day programs are available for 2-4 year olds.
Pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Graders attend camp at our South Slope location. We offer full-day programs only for this age group, with extended day until 6pm available at an additional fee.
In addition, we offer an after camp summer program for fully bilingual children from Pre-kindergarten to 4th Grade at our South Slope campus.
Taught entirely in Spanish by highly-qualified and experienced bilingual teachers and instructors, our summer camps provide a Spanish immersion environment while they enjoy enriching activities every day. Activities can include field trips, structured play, and/or workshops.
Our summer camps are designed to provide an environment where English-speaking children learn Spanish, and Spanish-speaking children further develop their language skills.

International Riding Camp
Courses / Programs
Located 90 miles Northwest of New York City, International Riding Camp is a dedicated equestrian Summer camp for girls ages 7-17 who love horses and riding. Established in 1978, our camp provides an environment in which horse lovers can experience various riding disciplines: hunt seat equitation, cross-country jumping and polo. With camp stay options from 1-10 weeks, we offer a well rounded equestrian camp program along with water skiing, tennis, swimming and arts and crafts. Our teaching techniques enable our students to experience success in graduated steps, promoting their self esteem and confidence. Since all of our campers love horses, their common interest allows them to make new friends right away.

Language Workshop For Children

The Language Workshop for Children provides language instruction for young children in New York City.In the LWFC’s Summer Camp-Like Enrichment Program 3 to 9 years old expand their French, Spanish, or Chinese through language immersion fun, costume days, baking, arts and crafts, theme days, birthday parties and more! And because they are being immersed and acquiring a new language naturally, youngsters start thinking in it, building sentences, and speaking in it. Best of all, flexible summer scheduling lets kids come and go and accommodates family vacations.
This Summer, the LWFC is also offering its regular educational play classes for babies, toddlers and children. Whether its Languages for Tots®, Language Immersion Family Preschool or Languages for Children, our flexible scheduling allows your child to keep learning French, Spanish, Chinese, or Italian throughout their summer break.

Unity Stage Company

Unity Stage Company is conveniently located in the quaint neighborhood of Sunnyside, Queens, NYC, and serves the communities of Western Queens with its highly successful off-Broadway theater productions, childrens' theater and after-school performing arts summer programs in July and August. We also offer a year-round youth choral music program.Founded in the fall of 2009, Unity Stage Company is a creative home for diverse theater artists and theater lovers of all ages to explore the values that shape our changing world, as expressed through writing and performance. Learn English in the heart of New York City in summer 2024!Based on Pine Street in Lower Manhattan, StudyAston provides junior English camps for students ages 8-17 from around the world.
Our 2, 3 and 4-week summer camps are packed with activities, and can be combined with Dance, Music, Film, or Engineering add-on classes.
Students live with a local family (homestay) or stay in nearby dormitory accommodation.
Our program operates from the renowned Pine Street school in Lower Manhattan. All Dance, Film, Music and Engineering programs are held at the school.
