International Summer School at North Country School, Lake Placid, NY:
Located in Upstate New York, approximately 5 hours drive north of NYC, North Country School's International Summer School (ISS) provides English summer courses for international students ages 10-14 from July 5 to August 17. Two sessions, each three weeks long, offer English language instruction in the morning and enriching activities and excursions in the afternoon, as well as American culture immersion.
The spectacular North Country School campus is located in the Adirondack Mountains near Lake Placid, New York, the site of two Winter Olympic Games. Our 200-acre pristine mountain campus - with extensive wilderness, farm, garden and lakefront - provides endless opportunities for enjoyment and exploration. We are seven miles from the Village of Lake Placid, a popular tourist destination with museums, shops, restaurants and Olympic sites.

World of Discovery Summer Camp of Bayside, Queens is conveniently located at the John Golden Ball Fields in Bayside in the north-east of Queens, NY (32nd Avenue & 215th Place). We offer 2-8 week summer camp programs for children ages 4-15 years. We offer round-trip, door-to-door transportation to all neighborhoods in Queens, NY. Campers will learn to swim, play sports and go on summer camp field trips. We specialize in providing children with a safe and fun summer camp experience.At World of Discovery Summer Day Camp of Bayside, Queens, summer-time is a season for children to expand their horizons, explore new territories, and discover new and exciting things about themselves. International Riding Camp

Located 90 miles Northwest of New York City, International Riding Camp is a dedicated equestrian Summer camp for girls ages 7-17 who love horses and riding. Established in 1978, our camp provides an environment in which horse lovers can experience various riding disciplines: hunt seat equitation, cross-country jumping and polo. With camp stay options from 1-10 weeks, we offer a well rounded equestrian camp program along with water skiing, tennis, swimming and arts and crafts. Our teaching techniques enable our students to experience success in graduated steps, promoting their self esteem and confidence. Hills Learning is a language school that provides high-quality Mandarin Chinese classes to adults, teens and children all year-round. This summer, we are teaming up with Chess Educators to provide a unique summer camp experience for boys and girls (ages 5-12) - combine Mandarin Chinese immersion instruction with an interactive Chess program. The program takes place at Léman Manhattan Prep School, in the Financial District of NYC (close to Wall Street).Kids will participate in fun, engaging activities, and they start off the day with a morning wakeup physical activity. In the afternoon, they get engaged in playing Chess and learning fun and effective strategies. All students must sign up for 2 weeks minimum. They can also take the camp for 4 weeks and receive a discount.
Our Chinese language instruction is fun and effective. We follow a textbook designed specifically for children learning Chinese. All language skills are developed, from writing and reading, to speaking and listening. Through interactive games and activities, the students learn the basics of this incredible language.
The chess camp provides an interactive and hands-on approach for kids to learn chess. Chess camp activities include chess instruction and lessons, a chess lab which includes worksheets, problem solving, and more tactics. Kids will also participate in class tournament games with notation and clocks making the camp an exciting and rewarding experience.
