Pok-O-MacCready Camps:
Family-owned since 1905, Pok-O-MacCready Camps provide traditional residential summer camps for boys and girls ages 6-16 in the picturesque setting of Upstate New York's Adronidack Mountains. We offer 2, 3 and 4-week camping options including day and overnight camps, as well as a full, 7-week camp stay. Camp Pok-O-Moonshine for Boys, and Camp MacCready for Girls offer a classic American summer camp experience that mixes exciting adventures and new opportunities with great friends in a picturesque natural setting.

At Pok-O-MacCready, we pride ourselves on the diversity of our program, campers, and staff. We are constantly striving to improve our facilities to make sure our campers get the most out of our excellent Sports, Horseback Riding, and Wilderness programs. Pok-O-MacCready is fortunate to have 300 acres on the shores of Long Pond over which to experience all that Camp has to offer.
International & Inclusive Atmosphere:
There is no “typical” Pok-O-MacCready camper. While we have a heavy representation of children from Northeast metropolitan areas, our campers come from all over the United States, and around the world (as far away as Asia and Africa). We have children from urban, suburban and rural backgrounds. No single religion or cultural belief is dominant among our campers.
ACA Accredited Camps:
Pok-O-MacCready Camps is fully-accredited by the American Camp Association, and welcomes the ACA once every three years for personnel, facility, safety and health inspection.

Residential Life:
Our cabins at Pok-O-MacCready differ in size, housing from four to eight campers and at least one counselor. Our overall camper to staff ratio is 4-1.

Long Island City Kids

Long Island City Kids Summer Camp is located in Western Queens on the western portion of Long Island, NY, 500 feet from East River (Subway line 7, "Vernon Blvd / Jackson Ave"), serving families from LIC, Astoria, Sunnyside, Jackson Heights, Woodside, Forest Hills, Greenpoint and Midtown Manhattan. We are commited to providing an exceptional physical, intellectual and socially enriching experience for preschool age children and elementary school students up to the age of nine. Our summer camp offers a wide range of sports activities for kids. Kids will jump, swing and tumble with coaches during gym, create masterpieces in the classroom and do so much more. These activities are planned on our athletic fields and beautiful green lawn. We will also offer swimming classes during summer camp.
We offer flexible enrollment options. Families have the advantage to enroll their children around their summer plans. A minimum of 2 weeks to start, up to a maximum of 9 weeks, or any combination in between. The more weeks you sign up for, the more you save per week. We are proud to offer swimming classes with Physique Swimming. Daily transportation will be arranged and included in price.

iD Tech Camps offers immersive technology summer camp programs for kids and teens in over 80 prestigious universities in the USA, including Wesleyan University in Middletown CT, University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport CT, and Yale University in New Haven CT. Weeklong day camps and overnight camps are available for kids & teens ages 7-17. The Language Workshop for Children provides language instruction for young children in New York City.In the LWFC’s Summer Camp-Like Enrichment Program 3 to 9 years old expand their French, Spanish, or Chinese through language immersion fun, costume days, baking, arts and crafts, theme days, birthday parties and more! And because they are being immersed and acquiring a new language naturally, youngsters start thinking in it, building sentences, and speaking in it. Best of all, flexible summer scheduling lets kids come and go and accommodates family vacations.
This Summer, the LWFC is also offering its regular educational play classes for babies, toddlers and children. Whether its Languages for Tots®, Language Immersion Family Preschool or Languages for Children, our flexible scheduling allows your child to keep learning French, Spanish, Chinese, or Italian throughout their summer break.

SUMMER STOCK for CITY KIDS! Summer theater program in Long Island City, Western Queens, New York City for kids, teens and young people who want to have fun and improve their performance skills. World of Discovery Summer Camp of Bayside, Queens is conveniently located at the John Golden Ball Fields in Bayside in the north-east of Queens, NY (32nd Avenue & 215th Place). We offer 2-8 week summer camp programs for children ages 4-15 years. We offer round-trip, door-to-door transportation to all neighborhoods in Queens, NY. Campers will learn to swim, play sports and go on summer camp field trips. International Riding Camp
Courses / Programs
Located 90 miles Northwest of New York City, International Riding Camp is a dedicated equestrian Summer camp for girls ages 7-17 who love horses and riding. Established in 1978, our camp provides an environment in which horse lovers can experience various riding disciplines: hunt seat equitation, cross-country jumping and polo. With camp stay options from 1-10 weeks, we offer a well rounded equestrian camp program along with water skiing, tennis, swimming and arts and crafts. Our teaching techniques enable our students to experience success in graduated steps, promoting their self esteem and confidence. Since all of our campers love horses, their common interest allows them to make new friends right away.
