Glenoaks Elementary School & Wooden Shoe Preschool, San Fernando Valley:Located in San Fernando, northwestern Los Angeles County, Glenoaks Elementary School & Wooden Shoe is a private Christian school that teaches kids from pre-kindergarten through to 6th grade. Glenoaks is made up of two divisions: Wooden Shoe Preschool & Glenoaks Elementary School offering Kindergarten to 6th grade programs.
- Wooden Shoe Preschool accommodates children from 2 years old through Pre-K.
- Kindergarten through 6th grade programs include: Religion; English; Mathematics; Reading and Literature; Spelling; Handwriting; Science; Health; Safety; Art; Music; Physical Education; Standardized Testing; Awards/Honor Roll; Daycare from 7am; After School Club from 3pm to 6pm.
Being a Christian school, it must be clearly understood that a part of each day be devoted to prayer, Bible study and memorization of Bible verses.

The GeoKids / Menlo Survey Child Development Center is an accredited, nationally recognized, non-profit parent co-operative providing high quality child care for children aged 3 months through to pre-kindergarten (5 years). The center is located on the Menlo Park, CA campus of the United States Geological Survey (USGS) in San Mateo County, and is supported in part by the General Services Administration (GSA) and the USGS.GeoKids is a developmental play-based program founded on the belief that children are capable, competent, self-motivated learners. Within our program, adults encourage children to participate in everything that concerns them and to do as much as they are capable of doing for themselves.

The Jewish Family Preschool and Parenting Center of Congregation Beth Sholom is located on 14th Avenue (corner of Clement Street) in San Francisco, and offers high-quality, innovative secular and Jewish education for children and their families.
