The University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business offers an 18-month executive leadership and development program in Beijing, China that is provided by some of the most highly-regarded American professors in Beijing. The Leadership EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) program is taught in English to students from around the world. The program is fully-accredited by the AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) and Chinese Ministry of Education. Our classes are conveniently located on the UIBE campus in Beijing's Chaoyang district, close to the city's Embassy and Central Business District.
In addition to the Leadership EMBA, we provide our EMBA+ Chinese Program. This 18-month program offers the same courses as other University of Maryland EMBA programs, with an additional emphasis on developing fluency in Mandarin Chinese. In the EMBA+ program, instead of work, students focus full time on developing their Chinese language ability, and spend 4 days a month in the classroom environment working on their MBA.

Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Antai College of Economics and Management International MBA is the only IMBA program in China to be triply accredited by AASCB, EQUIS, and the Association of MBAs. Next Step Connections organizes year-round professional internship programs in Shanghai and Hong Kong, China and has now also developed a month-long summer program for high school students. As part of our commitment to help the next generation of future leaders take their first steps into the professional world, we have created the NSC Young Entrepreneur program in Shanghai for overseas high school students aged between 15 and 18 years old.
