The University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business offers an 18-month executive leadership and development program in Beijing, China that is provided by some of the most highly-regarded American professors in Beijing. The Leadership EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) program is taught in English to students from around the world. The program is fully-accredited by the AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) and Chinese Ministry of Education. Beijing International MBA at Peking University is the first joint international MBA program in Beijing approved by the Chinese government. The China Center for Economic Research (CCER) at Peking University was founded in August 1994, as an experiment in new methods of research and education in China.
