Spanish House, Dallas:
Spanish House based in Dallas, Texas, offers small-group and private Spanish programs including Spanish Immersion trips to Oaxaca, Mexico. All classes are taught by experienced, native-speaking teachers. Small class sizes ensure maximum participation in listening, speaking, reading and writing activities.We are educators with years of experience teaching both Spanish and English-as-a-Second-Language. We understand that learning a new language is a process that takes commitment, patience and dedication. We offer our services to you to help you begin, continue or enhance the process of learning a second language.

The A1 Beginner Course is designed to last 4 months, or 64 hours. All other courses last 3 months, or 48 hours. Special scheduling can be arranged to suit your needs. Most classes are limited to 6 – 7 students.

Beginning:
A1 (for first-time Spanish students)
A2 (for students with some basic knowledge of Spanish)

Intermediate:
B1 (for students who have completed beginning Spanish classes)
B2 (for students who have completed beginning and some intermediate classes)

Advanced:
C1 (for students who are ready to advance to the subjunctive tense)
C2 (for students seeking grammatical clarification, as well utilize literature and high-level conversation)

Private Classes:
Spanish House offers private classes for those who are seeking intensive, thorough explanation and comprehension. Flexible scheduling available. Please contact Spanish House to make arrangements.

Custom-Designed Classes:
If you or your organization are looking for Spanish classes with a specific professional goal (medical, food service, real estate, construction, religious services, education, etc.), Spanish House will design a specific curriculum to suit your needs.

Spanish Conversation:
We have 2 new options that will allow you to practice what you are learning in class. These CONVERSATION-ONLY classes are designed to build upon what you have already covered in your class. They will not introduce new grammatical concepts. These sessions are not intended to replace your regular classes, nor are they the same as our intercambio conversation exchanges. They are led by experienced teachers who will correct you and guide you along as your hone your conversation skills.

OPTION ONE: 1-hour sessions with Spanish House teachers
Limited to 3 students per group, these 1-hour sessions will offer students at the beginning, intermediate and advanced levels the chance to put their conversation skills to use.

Interested students will receive a weekly email with times, dates and levels of classes for the following week. You may sign up one week in advance by responding to the email or by putting your name on a sign-up list at school. Please note: Because we will be arranging the classes in advance with the teachers, please be certain you can make it before signing up! You may pay $15 for the session on the day of the class.

OPTION TWO: 1-hour videoconferencing sessions with teachers in Oaxaca, Mexico
These conversation practices are available online using free Windows Live Messenger software. All you need is a webcam and microphone (many computers come equipped with these features) and the downloaded Windows Live Messenger videoconferencing software on your computer. We will supply you with a hotmail.com account and password that will link you with the instructors in Oaxaca. You may conduct these sessions at your home or at Spanish House.
