London School of Commerce:
London School of Commerce is a college located in the heart of London. LSC was set up with the primary aim of offering cost effective education leading to international postgraduate and undergraduate degree courses in Business, Management and Information Technology. LSC is an Associate College of the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff (UWIC). Due to this partnership, students from all over the world, now have the opportunity of studying for the degrees of this prestigious university in the heart of London.
Master of Business Administration (MBA):
An MBA is an internationally recognised qualification. This programme combines rigorous academic disciplines with management skills to give participants the confidence to thrive in their careers long into the future. It gives students an understanding of all aspects of business.
Students gain two qualifications at the end of this programme, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Management from LSC and an MBA degree from University of Wales Institute, Cardiff.
On successful completion of the first 2 semesters, students will be awarded a postgraduate diploma from LSC. Students will then obtain credits to proceed to the final phase of the MBA programme. The entire programme is conducted at the LSC campus in London.
Students who do not satisfy the eligibility criteria for direct MBA entry will be required to successfully complete a MBA Foundation Progamme (MFP) for one semester (four months), before commencing the MBA programme.
MBA Foundation Programme (MFP):
Students from a non-management background or for any other academic reasons ( as decided by the Board of Admissions at LSC), will be required to successfully complete an MBA Foundation Programme for one semester (four months), before commencing the MBA programme.
Students will find this programme very useful as it gives them a good orientation, focusing on academic skills such as research, writing assignments, and helps them to perform well in the MBA programme.
Master in International Hospitality Management:
Hospitality is a distinctive business activity which has assumed a critical role in the global economy accounting for about 5% of jobs worldwide. While many aspects of this industry is the same as other many industries, there are some idiosyncrasies which differentiate it from other rest. Not least is the unique characteristics of its products – the heterogeneity, the perishability, the intangibility, the inseparability of production and consumption and last but not least – the interdependence (i.e. that the products tend to be bought in combination with tourism).
This programme in International Hospitality Management is designed to enable students to develop concepts and theories relating international hospitality management, stimulate critical thinking and use multi-disciplinary perspectives to transform management problems into opportunities.
The design of the course is such that research is integrated through the programme to encourage students to develop an evidence-based approach to reflective practice.
Master in International Tourism Management:
Tourism is a distinctive area of business activity which has assumed a critical role in the global economy accounting for a tenth of jobs worldwide. While many aspects of this industry is the same as other industries including hospitality, there are some idiosyncrasies which differentiate it from other industries. Not least is the unique characteristics of its products – the heterogeneity, the perishability, the intangibility, the inseparability of production and consumption and last but not least – the interdependence (i.e. that the products tend to be bought in combination with hospitality).

Degree in Business Studies:
The Business Studies Programme is designed to prepare students for entry-level employment and future managerial positions in a variety of commercial, industrial and service organisations.
Students gain two qualifications at the end of this programme, an Advanced Diploma in Business and Management from LSC and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies degree from University of Wales Institute, Cardiff.
On successful completion of the first 4 semesters, students will be awarded an Advanced Diploma in Business and Management from LSC. Students will then obtain credits to proceed to the final phase of the BA (Hons) in Business Studies Programme which will be conducted at the LSC campus in London.
Business English:
Students study for a minimum of 15 hours a week, three hours each weekday, either every morning or every afternoon, with a 15-minute break mid-session. There is a class size of no more than 30 students from all over the world, studying English to prepare for their main course of study. There are three levels of English tuition and each level covers 14 weeks. Students are expected to supplement their classroom lessons with homework on a daily basis.
