Evening Portuguese classes with ABC Languages in downtown San Francisco can be a fun and social experience, as well as an effective way to learn Portuguese or to improve your current language skills. Conveniently situated in the Financial District, we provide group Portuguese classes for adults of all levels - from total beginner through to advanced students. Our professional and experienced teachers are native Portuguese speakers. ABC also offers private Portuguese lessons for children and adult learners.

Portuguese Evening Classes for Adults:

• Total Beginner Portuguese Classes:
Evening classes meet once a week for 1.5 hours.

Photo of Contact Page - Evening Portuguese Classes, San FranciscoDesigned for those with no previous exposure to the Portuguese language, these classes help you to acquire basic grammar and vocabulary and to develop your conversational Portuguese and practical language skills.

Our lively and relaxed atmosphere allows for plenty of practice time and interaction with your teacher and classmates. There is a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 students per class.

At ABC Languages, we make sure you learn in an effective way. This means teaching you practical, spoken Portuguese, so you can communicate in the real world, not just in the classroom. 

• Above Beginner Portuguese Classes:
If you are not a total beginner, we will evaluate your current level of Portuguese before placing you in the class that best meets your needs.

Portuguese evening classes meet once a week for 1.5 hours. (Minimum  of 3 / Maximum 10 students).

Other Evening Language Classes:
We also offer group evening classes and private lessons in Spanish, German, French, Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese), Japanese, Korean, Farsi, Arabic, Russian, and other languages.

Bay Area School:
We also teach Portuguese at our school in downtown Menlo Park (serving Silicon Valley and the South Bay region of San Francisco Bay Area, including Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, San Mateo, Mountain View, Santa Clara and San Jose).
