Evening classes meet once a week for 1.5 hours
Designed for those with no previous exposure to the Portuguese language, these classes help you to acquire basic grammar and vocabulary and to develop basic conversational and practical skills.
Our lively and relaxed atmosphere lets you have fun while you learn and make friends with your fellow classmates in Portuguese. There is a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 students per class.
If you have some background in the language, or if you already speak more than one language, we will evaluate you so that we can send you a personalized recommendation based on your background.
• Above Beginner Portuguese Group Classes:
If you are not a total beginner, you will need to be evaluated before confirming your enrollment in a class.
Standard Portuguese Classes meet once a week for 1.5 hours. (Minimum 3 / Maximum 10 students).
Private Portuguese Lessons:
For basic beginners to advanced learners
Immerse yourself in the Portuguese language with one-on-one lessons from a native-speaking teacher! Private Portuguese lessons can take place at our language institute in the Financial District in downtown San Francisco, or at your home, office or other suitable location.
Our experienced and professional Portuguese tutors are available 7 days a week, so day, evening and weekend classes are available for your convenience. Schedule your lessons for times that best suit you, and that allow you to work around your professional and personal commitments.
Taking private lessons means that you can learn at your own pace with the undivided attention of your teacher. Course content can be entirely customized around your interests and areas that you wish to improve.

Once you have an internet connection, web camera and audio headset, all you need to do is log in to Skype and meet your private Portuguese teacher online at times that best suit you.
