Music Lessons in Atlanta, GA for Adults & Kids

Atlanta School of Musical Arts:
Serving the entire Atlanta Metro area, Atlanta School of Musical Arts provides quality in-home music lessons for ages 4 through adult at beginner to advanced levels. Our individually-designed courses are all taught by university-trained instructors. Instruments include Guitar, Piano, Voice, Drums, Bass, Mandolin, Violin, Saxophone, Trumpet, Songwriting, and Music Production. Students can enjoy the comfort and relaxed atmosphere of learning in your own home – the ideal environment in which to take music lessons.

In-Home Music Lessons - Ages 4 to Adult:
We offer music lessons six days a week from morning to late at night to accommodate your busy schedule.

Guitar & Bass Lessons (ages 5 and up)
Our guitar teachers teach electric, acoustic and bass guitars in a variety of genres. Beginner students can expect to work on their favorite songs using simple bass lines, chords, melodies, sight reading, and theory. Our primary goal is to teach you how to play your favorite songs by balancing musicianship and fun.

Piano Lessons (ages 4 and up)
Our piano teachers teach a variety of styles from contemporary to classical music. Our piano faculty will show you the fundamentals of sight reading, technique and theory.

Voice Lessons (ages 5 and up)
Our voice teachers primarily focus on popular music. Voice students spend time each week doing physical exercises to improve their vocal range,  breath control, ear training, enunciation, tone production, vibrato, and more.

Drum Lessons (ages 6 and up)
Our drum instructors teach Rock, Pop, Metal, Jazz, Funk, Blues and many other styles. Drum language can be complex and our instructors will challenge any drummer with a wide variety of technical exercises designed to improve your speed and comfort.

Saxophone & Trumpet Lessons (ages 8 and up)
Our saxophone and trumpet teachers teach a variety of styles from Jazz to popular music. Our faculty will show you the fundamentals of sight reading, technique and theory, tone production, and will work with you on your favorite songs.

Music Technology (ages 14 and up)
Topics include basic Audio and Midi recording, Multi-Track Recording, Virtual Instruments & Effects, Editing and Mixing. Software programs taught include Cubase, Digital Performer, Garage Band, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Reason, and more.

In-Home Performances:
We provide our students the opportunity to perform in home concerts at least once a year. Even our newest beginner students have the opportunity to perform in front of their friends and family and feel like rockstars!
