Theatre-based learning is a qualified learning method that we use and pass gladly on. To use experiential, high impact, long-standing (centuries of use!) methods in teaching, training, lecturing - anywhere where learning is facilitated - has proven to be of 70% impact, whilst academic, technical learning results in 30%.

We are the only Irish company that applies theatre-based learning methodically to serve the bottom line. Diagnosis:
We listen. We may observe you at work, in meetings or on your own. We want to see the environment and the challenges faced by you or your people. We see and we listen - we observe with every sense - then mirror this to your own self-awareness. We may use EQ or other assessments on the key players. We diagnose individuals and groups behaviour, your culture. We ask you and your people how you assess yourself. For 1-to-1 coaching the diagnosis / assessment is always for free, whilst you receive a comprehensive report on your impact skills.

We draw some conclusions by throwing up tough questions. We do this to get an even clearer picture on what exactly is needed. We communicate our findings to you in a report so that you can choose the best experts to deliver.

Design & Delivery:
From the diagnosis we clarify two important measures:

We create for and with you the best fitting Development Programme that provides you with the physical, vocal and verbal confidence, skills, creativity and morale necessary for Star Performance. The programme mixes coaching, work-based experiential training that includes homework, follow-up sessions and/or Seminars; 20% theory, 10% reflection, 70% action. Actors used in training are profiled to match your people.

With every booking comes a free 1-hour Follow Up session to ensure the training techniques and principles are practiced and deliver the desired results.
