Comprehensive English Centre - CEC es un instituto para el aprendizaje de Inglés registrado ante el Ministerio de Educación de Trinidad y Tobago bajo el Registro No. 1355, ubicado en Arouca, Trinidad y Tobago, el cual provee un ambiente familiar, donde los estudiantes son distribuidos en pequeños grupos, dando mucho énfasis a la fluidez. En CEC, lo más importante, son las necesidades de los estudiantes, por ello también son instruidos con actividades extraescolares, para así, estimular el interés y promover más rápidamente su aprendizaje. Este método les ofrece una mayor comprensión de la influencia cultural del lenguaje y del contexto social en el que se usa.

La escuela comenzó por primera vez en Abril del año 1999 con sólamente tres estudiantes en dos salones de clases. Durante los últimos cinco años, y gracias a la satisfacción de nuestros estudiantes, CEC ha crecido, mayormente por propaganda de boca a boca, hasta el punto de haber servido a una gran cantidad de estudiantes mayormente de Venezuela pero también de Colombia, Chile y Europa.

Es un examen hecho al principio del curso para colocar al estudiante en el nivel de inglés adecuado.
