Este programa comprende cinco niveles intensivos: Básico, Pre-intermedio, Intermedio, Upper y Profesional. Comprehensive English Centre - CEC es un instituto para el aprendizaje de Inglés registrado ante el Ministerio de Educación de Trinidad y Tobago bajo el Registro No. 1355, ubicado en Arouca, Trinidad y Tobago, el cual provee un ambiente familiar, donde los estudiantes son distribuidos en pequeños grupos, dando mucho énfasis a la fluidez. En CEC, lo más importante, son las necesidades de los estudiantes, por ello también son instruidos con actividades extraescolares, para así, estimular el interés y promover más rápidamente su aprendizaje. Este método les ofrece una mayor comprensión de la influencia cultural del lenguaje y del contexto social en el que se usa.

La escuela comenzó por primera vez en Abril del año 1999 con sólamente tres estudiantes en dos salones de clases.
