Skills Needed: Qualifications:   

A minimally qualified applicant must have experience:

• With the federal E-Rate program within the past two years;

• Determining organizational broadband needs OR selecting, implementing, and/or managing broadband services;

• Administering or applying for a state grant program, such as the Technology for Educational Achievement (TEACH) program;

• Presenting information to stakeholders in virtual and in-person formats.

A highly qualified candidate will have experience working in a technology program in Wisconsin K-12 or a Wisconsin library; experience conducting research OR data analysis to recommend problem solutions; and/or experience participating in the federal or state law-making process, such as drafting legislation, contacting stakeholders at appropriate times, monitoring timelines, providing feedback to policymakers, etc.
