Amigos de las Americas:
Amigos de las Américas (AMIGOS) is an international, not-for-profit organization with more than 30 chapters across the U.S. that provides unparalleled leadership and community service opportunities for young people while concurrently contributing to the well-being of hundreds of communities throughout the Americas.
We offer summer abroad, service learning Volunteer programs for high school and college students. Our program empowers young adults to grow as leaders and increase their multi-cultural understanding through training and community service projects in Latin American countries such as Mexico, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Honduras, and more.

Location and Facilities:
Since its founding in 1965, more than 20,000 high school and college-age students have served as AMIGOS Volunteers. The New York Chapter was founded in 2002 to provide the Amigos opportunity to students living in the New York City area. Throughout the school year, the New York CIty Chapter prepares its members for their Latin America experiences through training in cross-cultural sensitivity, networking, technical skills, personal health & safety, and the culture of Latin America.

With two schools in New York City (Manhattan East & West), and one in New York State (Manhasset), the Language Workshop For Children (LWFC) provides a range of quality Spanish language learning classes for kids ages 0-9 years. Whether it's language immersion preschool, after-school lessons, school-break programs, toddler classes, baby education or summer day camps, the subtle details of the LWFC’s celebrated 'Thibaut Technique' and the quality of their colorful and professional take-home materials is what makes the difference.

Located in Westbury, Long Island, New York, Spanish All Year is a dedicated language center that promotes Spanish language and culture with a range of fun courses that combine language learning with literature, art, dance & cooking.We serve families with babies from 12 months to age 12, as well as adults. As part of our Spanish full immersion programs for children, we offer parent-child classes, private tuition, Spanish nursery and preschool courses.
In our full immersion Spanish preschool, we teach the language through active learning, individualized attention and cultural themes. We also teach Flamenco and promote all kinds of Latin dancing.

Hi-New-York, Midtown East
Courses / Programs
Hi-New-York offers English language courses for kids, teens and adults in the heart of New York City's Midtown East (close to Rockefeller Center Station and Grand Central Terminal). Our English language programs for children, teens and adults are offered year-round in seasonal sessions. All courses are led by native English-speaking teachers, assistants and workshop leaders, and we build our English lessons into what the students do each day, using the Cambridge Exams for Young Learners as a framework.
Various optional add-ons make it possible for each family to build a customized schedule that works best for them. We can also organize pick-ups and drop-offs within Manhattan upon request for a fee.
Our focus is on helping the children, teens and adult family members who enroll in our English classes make the most of their New York City experiences. We use what this dynamic city has to offer to open our students' eyes to the possibilities of mastering the English language.

ABC Languages provides private and semi-private ESL lessons to kids, teens and adult learners throughout Westchester County NY and Southern Connecticut.• Our experienced tutors are available 7 days a week and will come to your home, office or another agreed location.
