Little Language Italian School, Brooklyn:
Little Language Italian School in Brooklyn, NY is a total immersion Italian language school for infants, toddlers, children and adults. Our Italian Playgroup & Children’s Club (ages 0-12) is tailored to the particular needs of the children enrolled. Each child is placed in a class based on many factors including age, language skills, and social development. We are committed to giving individual attention to each child; therefore our classes are kept small to facilitate the full participation of every student.

Quality Italian Language Programs for Kids Ages 0-12:

Infant / Little Toddler Italian Playgroup (Mommy & Me, 6 months - 3 years)
Musical activities include choral singing, dancing and playing simple perussive instruments. Infants and toddlers are exposed to teh phonetic sounds of the Italian Language during the most important stages of eary language development.

Independent Toddler Playgroup (3-4 years)
More music, games dancing and songs with the addition of thematic visual materials, coloring and stories.  Children are engaged through educational play, utilizing reception, props, toys, instruments and manipulatives.

Children's Italian Playgroup (5-7 years)
This playgroup is designed to combine music with auditory/visual learning on a more intense level.  Children are motivated to converse in Italian through age appropriate songs, games, instruments, dance, activities, toys and props.  Thematic lessons introduce reading, writing and short phrases as well as the phonetics of the Italian language.

Kids Italian Class (8-12 years)
A more advanced playgroup engaging students in reading, writing, singing, and conversational activities and games. Thematic vocabulary, sentence structure and pronunciation is reinforced through visual aids, choral repetition, reading and writing exercises.
