Camp Allegro Wichita:
Located close to Downtown Wichita KS, Camp Allegro Wichita is a music day camp for boys, girls, and young adults from ages 4-24. Throughout our 1-week Summer camps, we provide beginner to advanced level instruction in all string and band instruments as well as piano. Our program has three divisions: Kinderlab is a music & movement-based camp for kids ages 4-6; Camp Allegro is our original music camp for children ages 7-18; and Camp Musica is an advanced camp for middle school, high school, and college age students.

Since 1916, Camp Wood YMCA has provided high-quality camping programs in a caring family environment tucked within the beautiful Flint Hills of Kansas. We offer 1-week Traditional Summer camp programs as well as Leadership Training and a range of Specialty Camps. Our camps are open to boys and girls ages 7-17.Students spend their afternoons traveling with your cabin group and counselor. Each day, you visit new program areas and experience all of what Camp Wood YMCA has to offer. Hills Learning
Courses / Programs
Hills Learning is a language school that provides high-quality Mandarin Chinese classes to adults, teens and children all year-round. This summer, we are teaming up with Chess Educators to provide a unique summer camp experience for boys and girls (ages 5-12) - combine Mandarin Chinese immersion instruction with an interactive Chess program. The program takes place at Léman Manhattan Prep School, in the Financial District of NYC (close to Wall Street).Kids will participate in fun, engaging activities, and they start off the day with a morning wakeup physical activity. In the afternoon, they get engaged in playing Chess and learning fun and effective strategies. All students must sign up for 2 weeks minimum. They can also take the camp for 4 weeks and receive a discount.
Our Chinese language instruction is fun and effective. We follow a textbook designed specifically for children learning Chinese. All language skills are developed, from writing and reading, to speaking and listening. Through interactive games and activities, the students learn the basics of this incredible language.
The chess camp provides an interactive and hands-on approach for kids to learn chess. Chess camp activities include chess instruction and lessons, a chess lab which includes worksheets, problem solving, and more tactics. Kids will also participate in class tournament games with notation and clocks making the camp an exciting and rewarding experience.

Located in the beautiful city of Kunming, the capital of the Yunnan Province in southwest China, Keats School is a leading Chinese language school. • Approximately 2.5 hours by air from Beijing and Shanghai, we provide quality Mandarin courses for children, teenagers and adults.

Young Nebraska Scientists (YNS) provide science-related summer camp programs to middle and high school students. Based on campus at the University of Nebraska (Lincoln), Creighton University (Omaha), and Doane College (Crete), our camps are designed to inspire, excite, and reinforce confidence in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).The statewide Young Nebraska Scientist Initiative integrates research and education to address Nebraska's science education and outreach goals.
YNS will increase participants' technological, scientific, and quantitative literacy, place strong emphasis on closing achievement gaps and increase participation of students from underrepresented groups in STEM fields.
