Established in 1995, Community Enhancement Services (CES) College offers English as a Second Language (ESL) programs and vocational education programs in Burbank, Los Angeles County, California. Our college is situated 12 miles north of downtown Los Angeles. We opened our educational facilities with the purpose of providing adults with the knowledge and skills necessary for employment, skill upgrades, career changes and / or advanced education. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is located in south-western LA in the neighborhood of Westchester, 16 miles from the downtown core.

Our college is accredited by Colleges (WASC) and Western Association for Schools. CES College makes sure that every student can afford education by keeping our tuition low and by offering financial aid. We are approved as an official Certified Test Administration Site (CTAS) to deliver ETS's Internet-based TOEFL test.
