Mt. Helix Academy is a private preparatory school in La Mesa in San Diego County CA. In addition to the academic programs that we offer throughout the year for kindergarten through Grade 8 students, we also offer a range of high-quality summer programs for kindergarten, elementary and middle school kids.We are a positive, safe, and nurturing school. Our academic / enrichment summer programs help to prepare students for the next school year. Our AIM HIGH summer program for 2nd to 6th graders and our "Firm up" classes for middle school students help students who may be struggling to catch up.
Morning and afternoon childcare is available for the children of parents who need an extended day. The Afternoon Activities and Summer Sports program begins as soon as the day’s camp activities are completed and consists of both outside and indoor activities.

Wizbots Robotics, Bay Area Year-Round & Summer Camps & Online

** For Summer 2020 in response to COVID-19, Wizbots has closed its in-person camps and is offering live, online classes through its WizAcademy. WizAcademy offers engaging and fun online courses with live, passionate mentors. Our wide variety of subjects are designed to spark curiosity, deepen knowledge, develop a creative problem-solving mindset and foster a love of learning. We offer week-long classes throughout the summer.
Wizbots combines LEGO® robotics, Java coding, and lots of imagination to provide a unique STEM learning experience for kids (ages 8-14) in the San Francisco Bay Area.
With no prerequisites, Wizbots is the perfect opportunity for novices to first learn about robotics, yet it's self-paced format also acts to further the skills of those who already have experience.
Using LEGO® MINDSTORMS® and Java, your child will journey from Novice towards Master in our project-based, gamified curriculum. By tackling new projects, challenging creativity, and exercising problem-solving, campers learn engineering, programming, math, and physics in a hands-on, collaborative way.
Parents can experience all the fun too with camper project videos posted online to see and share! We offer affordable half day, full day, and extended care options in convenient locations across the Bay Area.

Teen Entrepreneur Summer Academy, Concordia University
Courses / Programs
Based on campus at Concordia University Irvine (just 40 miles southeast of Los Angeles), Teen Entrepreneur Summer Academy provides a one-week summer camp academy that teaches business and entrepreneurship principles to state-wide, national and international teenagers. TEA is limited to 100 high school students. Fees include living on campus for the week including room, board, books, field trips and classes.The challenges facing high school students and our world grow more complex every day. Our world needs fresh ideas, innovative solutions and visionary leaders who can make them happen. These leaders are entrepreneurs.
